Due to the telecom fraud cases increasing quickly in recent years, in compliance with the requirements of its government and superior, we are going to terminate our mobile service and all numbers are recycled from April 1, 2024. Therefore, the Universal Card service will be terminated from April 1, 2024 and will be canceled and stop charging automatically. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to customers, and thank for using this service long time.
From now on, you can go to Chunghwa Telecom's direct stores to apply termination for the Universal Card service. If it is inconvenient for you to go to the store, this service will be automatic termination and deactivation starting from April 1, 2024.
